I would like to have biotin on the k562 cell surface for binding studies, and I want specific binding of biotin, hence could anyone suggest which kind of antibody (conjugated with biotin) I can use?
Are you planning to look at Biotin (as in Vitamin B4) or are you looking at other proteins and would like to use biotin as the detection system?

K562 cells are derived from human blood therefore any antibodies raised against human proteins should bind to your cell surface proteins.
so u mean i have use any anti-human antibody , for example can i use 'Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc (Biotin)' ??
I believe K562 cells express CD71 and Glycophorin A, either of which you could target with a biotinylated monoclonal ab.
