After completing PCR we stored all Tips, tissue papers, gloves etc in a storage box. Now its completely covered. So which method will be best to dispose it into the environment?
Insinerate all is always the best choice, however you suppose to have a suitable structure for it. For molecular stuff this is surely the best option!

if you cannot do that for the material you describe you could autoclave and then put into standard waste. It is not infectious so this will be fine

I usually do the transfection expts in our lab and whenever I am done using a tip, I always have a beaker with bleach in it. I put all the tips there. You can first soak all the tips in bleach. Then after that you can drain the bleach then put the tips in garbage bags.

if you treat such waste with bleach or bateriocidal 1% vircon it is safe to be poured down sink or put into standard waste
