What should be the treatment duration of ZnSo4 for cell line study?

We would like to replete cells with ZnSO4 to see the effect on expression levels of Zn-transporters.

So What can be best time duration for ZnSO4 treatment...like 2, 4, 6, 12, 24 or... hours?
