I had an experiment about hydrophobic drug release with lipid nanoparticles which have protein (BSA)-polysaccharide shell. I am not sure how much enzyme should I use for protein degradation and drug release with Proteinase K enzyme in those nanoparticles. What should be the enzyme/protein ratio in these kinds of experiments? Can you help me to get more information about this subject.
