Methylight probe designing for CpG sites?

Currently I am trying to design TaqMan probe for Methylight experiment which will show the difference in methylation between 2 groups. These probes will contain 2-3 CpG sites in the promoter region of my gene of interest. However, there are lots of possibilities of methylation status of these CpGs. How can i design these probes so that they will bind only to those methylated CpG sites only in 1 group?

Hello Sedef Köseer . I had the same problem as you. I was reading a lot about that, and a I understand you need to design TaqMan probes for all combine of methylation state of you can find. So, for 2 CpG sites you will need 4 probes.
