My answer is that I know how to make the thinking and things easy to understand by the familiar examples. I start with a story and describe my lecture as the part of the story!!! believe me, it works!! Works nicely!!!

Giving motivations to the students to believe their abilities, understandino the students, making fun and simple and tangible examples, encouragin the students to give their opinions openly
I dont give chance to students for wasting time in my class. From the first minutes i involve the last row sitting students in Lecture slides and Answer of my Questions till the end of Lecture. Regards
My strength as a teacher/researcher is to make the students able to observe, to think and to do/create something, with their own mind, imagination, knowledge and skills.
My strength as a teacher is the ability to communicate clearly the contextual meanings of lecture objectives and to rouse students' interest in learning. As a researcher, I try to observe what others missed.
Making a creative environment for students and keeping them motivated to work harder to study and learn. Encouraging them for what they can do and be better in.
The main strength of teacher or researcher were Knowledge , experience and self confidence so each of them was the source of strength and power of teacher or researcher.
