In my cell culture experiments, first I have revived a vial of cells, subcultured it, then extracted RNA from a particular no of cells for my experiments. After RNA isolation, I have freezed my cells in freezing medium and stored in liquid nitrogen. Can I use this freezed vial for the same experiment in second time? Is it a true Biological replicate? What procedure should I follow to avoid statistical biasness in cell culture experiments?

Thank you
