I am planning to do an analysis of both allelic and genotypic level of association of an particular SNP with a disease via case control study.But, I can not understand which statistical test should I choose for additive model of genotype related association study.Previously, in one paper, I have found that the they have chosen Cochran–Armitage test for this but, in SPSS there is no option for this.Can I select Jonckheere trend test as an alternative one? Do anyone have any idea for additive model analysis through SPSS? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Based on the discussions in the refs in the above link I would remain with Cochran-Armitage. This is one more thing not available in SPSS but is in both SAS and R. I recommend R because it is free and easy to download. The Cochran-Arm test in SAS and R is discussed here:
