Alkaline soil can be classified into three categories:  Non-calcareous (pH > 7, calcareous (pH > 7.5) and sodic soil. The sodic soil also can divide into three types, firstly, the Cl– dominated (pH usually > 7.5), and secondly SO42– Dominated (pH 7.5–8.5), and thirdly HCO3–  Dominated (pH > 8.2). As mentioned in above statement the alkaline soil are different properties. So, is there any one package to remedy the alkaline soil or is there any integrated management practices for the reclamation of alkaline soil. Therefore, my request is the practical suggestions to solve this phenomenon is very important, besides the literature review, and articles also are needed.
