I have faced several times in my cell culture, of having small particles or dots that have swing moving. Not sure if it bacteria, or not. By the way, It does not has jerking movement. Or it just the media that move caused by the shaken movement? My friend also facing this situation, but the cell culture can be use in cell assay until the related result is required.
I wonder if it is a kind of bacteria...

When i faced the same Problem, we decided that is bacterial contamination, despite the medium contains antibiotic and i work under (Bench), but this is common with the primary cells.
I was supposed to throw away: my cells , medium, PBS, buffers... everything:(
Then i cleaned the incubator and started again... that was frustrated...

Well, it may or may not be bacterial contamination. Take a drop of the culture medium and place on LB agar plate. Incubate overnight at 37 degrees and see if you get bacteria next morning. Some cells have tendency to secrete particles in culture medium and sometimes such particle may result from excessive cell death.
The discussion comes up regularily. Most likeley, you see some cell debris or some precipitates.
