Can we expect that the disease identifying in the future to be very simple and cheap? By spending $1000 we can diagnose our whole diseases of future disease? Is this new discovery ( Next Generation Sequencing Less than $1000) similar to HGP to Medicine? What percentage of HGP is applied to us? How is Next Generation Sequencing useful in Medicine?

Hi, Next Generation Sequencing is very powerful technique but some time you are lost between the variants, they are so many. To identify the disease causing variant it will be good if you have some linked region for the disease also.
