Can anybody help me to introduce further diagnosis tests for those cases. I'll try to take a photo. I have tested them for fungal (negative) and Bacteria (negative). There is no sign of itching. I have suspected to Virus. they did not respond to anti histamines.
Please let me know your recommendations and suggestions.

Does it contain watery material or thick pus like material. An impression smear stained with Giemsa stain may be useful for molluscum contagiosum. are there any lesions in the mouth s/o hand foot mouth disease which is also viral in origin and occurs as outbreaks often in school going kids
Yes, viral lesions resulting in similar picture are quite common.
Another aspect that needs to be examined is the environmental humidity during certain times of the year, typically extreme summer (where high humidity may exist because of own sweat inside closed shoes) and rainy season (where the whole atmosphere itself is highly humid); this is especially seen with school uniform shoes that are rubber or synthetic, restricting regular "breathing" (internal air circulation). Also, this is more when shoes are somewhat tight, forcing the toes to be cramped inside. A trial with regular airing, let's say 15 minutes every hour, when kids take off shoes and socks, may show improvement. The vesicles in these situations are then simply a self-contact dermatitis rather than an infective process. A local "control" study may also be done - half the kids continue wearing shoes throughout and other half airing periodically, over a period of, let's say, a month.
Once ascertained that such is the case, a military foot powder combination of talcum with salicylic acid and zinc oxide (certain countries have these available off the counter) may help control this.
they are aged between 2-5 years. they are not in school age. there is no pus or watery material or any lesions. they have no complain. Some of their parents even did not observe this condition.
I wonder if you can present any diagnosis tools.

If there are any vesicles in the mouth or hands it could be Coxsackievirus
Reza , is it possible to have a picture...... if there is a vesicle there has to be something in it....
thank you for your answer but I don't think so. the sign of this disorder is not like as HFMD. for example they have no symptoms like as sore throat, or skin rash the papules are accumulate near the heel.
