Yes you can... just be sure your loop is full of starting mobile phase, if not you are going to introduce an air bubble into the system and it will give you problems... and if is for separation in the semiprep system you can add those 10 uL to the stock solution and have the 100 uL (if you can...).. As mentioned above, you can inject up to 100 uL accurately. If you want to determine the accuracy of your injection, make sure the whole system is nicely equilibrated with mobile phase and then perform injections of the same standard in the range of e.g. 5 uL to 100 uL. Plot the signal you receive against injection volume. If you get good linearity, i.e. r2 above 0.99, you have good injection accuracy.
Loop volume is 100 microliters and slight excess to make the column free of bubble. For accuracy you have to make sure the mobile system should be equilibrate with HPLC system.
why do you want to 90µl injection? Follow Sabine's suggestion first. If you wanna make fraction, you need a fraction collector for effective separation.
