TDS is a measure of dissolved solids, so some of these solids are precipitated at a certain pH, and each solid has different pH of precipitation , almost , higher pH precipitate solids and reduce their contents in water
Dr. Kamel K. Alzboon is absolutely right. Further, the TDS results may also vary depending upon the type of measurements. If TDS is measured by electrodes, the pH may affect but it measured grammatically, there may be very less effect with a little pH change.
