For Chlorella Vulgaris cultivation, using data of limiting nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and carbon and optimum condition such as light intensity, light-dark cycle, temperature, pH; can I calculate growth rate of Chlorella Vulgaris using Droop growth model?

I know nothing about DROOP, but to define anything as 'limiting' in the presence of other limitations is of limited general use because there could be an infinite number of such definitions.
Yes, you can, provided that you have some information regarding the cellular quotas of the cells (Nitrogen to Carbon (N:C), Phosphorus to Carbon (P:C) ratios). You could also use more complex models that estimate the actual cell-quota by assuming minimum (subsistence) N:C and P:C ratios (papers attached)
Hello Lionel, thank you for your answer. In the articles you recommended some values of constants for Droop model are given for Thalassiosira pseudonana , Scenedesmus sp. and some other microalgae species. But I need for Chlorella species specially for Chlorella vulgaris.

I am not aware of data for C. Vulgaris. Perhaps you could measure the subsistence quotas (minimum ratios) direclty in your experiments by reducing the nutrient supply to the point where the cells stop dividing. Maximum growth rates could be assumed to be similar to other species. Just some thoughts..
