Recently I attended a seminar where I found relevant data and information related with my work. The speakers were mainly representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations and agencies. I also talked with some speakers and from them I noted some information. Can I use the data and information collected from the seminar in my article?

1. I later searched and found that those data were not published anywhere in any article. Some data are available in some reports.

2. The data I want to use in my article will not be more than 20% of of my whole article.

3. If I am allowed to use, how will I cite them? Or do I have to mention the relevant sources in "Acknowledgement" of the article?
