I have a big problem with my SDS gel, When I run my proteins ,I see a line during running and after Staining and ,Destaining I have a line whole of my gel . I attach some photos of my gels.

It looks like the dye front. Run your gel for a longer period of time until the lowest molecular weight marker has run off the gel. Then stop the gel and stain it. This will fix your problem.

Hı. Its because of your dye. Let gel runs a little more. if you want to use your boffer again don't let dye comes out from your gel.
Just keep on running until dye arrive near the end of gel.

yes I agree with caroline mam, run the gel until tje dye front goes into the running buffer, it will sort the problem
