Dear Researches, Could you suggest, what is the probably cause of observed by us anomalities in results in measuring Glycolitic Stress Test Assay using Seahorse (Agilent):
We were using PBMC cells in an experiment, which was prepared according to protocol. Some wells we left without cells, just with medium only. PER values in these wells were below zero, and sometimes have values higher than values in background wells, even if there also was only medium inside.
What is the meaning of N/A annotation (MKo probe) in these tables?

according to me it is no so useful to include wells without cells in the seahorse microplate, apart of those for the background. I think it is confounding and it is not informative. Overall, I would exclude those wells. Moreover, I found some discrepancies between the seahorse profile you show in the image and the title of the post. The profile is not correct for a glycolysis stress test bu it is a glycolytic rate assay.
