I have to perform experiments with p53 wild type and mutant breast cancer cell lines for which I need to know their p53 status. Can anyone tell me the p53 status (WT or Mutant) of MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-435 cell lines?

I use either the sanger cancer genome project

you have to subscribe to the latter (although it is free)
MCF7 is E2 positive WT p53 and exprsses the WNT7B oncogene
MBMDA231 isE2 negative and has mutant p53 (mutations between Exons 1 - 4)
MBMDA435 is tricky, it is stated they have mutant p53 (missense mutation at Exon 8)
