What is the optimum seeding density for SH-SY5Y cell line on 12 well plate?

I am preparing treated cells for qPCR assays. For that, I am seeding the cells in 12 well plates to add the treatment after 24 hours. I am confused about the optimum seeding density I should start with.

For RT-qPCR , seeding 150.000 SH-SY5Y cells in a 12-well plate will give a plenty of RNA.
