Dear All,
if OD600 = 0.5, is equal to how many Porphyromonas gingivalis cells ?
o.d = 1 is approximately 1x10^9 cfu/ml
In my experiment with Porphyromonas gingivalis type strain ATCC 33277, Absorbance of 0.15 at 600 nm is approximately 1x10^8 cfu/ml
