Hi everyone, I would like to evaluate the binding activity of our CD5-Fab antibody with CD5 protein and also compare binding activity across different batches of CD5-Fab. Which method would be more appropriate?

  • Coat with CD5 protein (Human, HEK293, His); primary antibody: serial dilutions of our CD5-Fab; secondary antibody: anti-Fab-HRP. Generate a curve and calculate EC50.
