What is the minimum volume of media you can use per well of a 96-well plate in HUVEC culture?

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience working with small media volumes when treating HUVEC (or any cell type really) in a 96-well plate?

For context, I will be collecting the media after a treatment and use these samples in an ELISA for protein detection so I would like to use small volumes of media to concentrate my protein.

Hello

For any cell type you can use a minimum of 100ul to a maximum of 200ul culture medium per well in a 96-well plate.
