I am doing restriction cloning, and I want to choose a restriction enzyme and clone my target gene into a PET28a protein expression vector. I'm confused about which of the two vectors to use since the site of the enzyme I want ( HindIII and BamHI)occurs differently from both vectors. Below are the PDF file containing the vector annotation of the PET28a(+) plasmid I ordered and the general map of PET28a(+) vector. I need help.

pET28a(+) is 5359 bp vector. And AFAIK there is no other, "longer" version of pET28a(+)
