Have a look at a very relevant video on how air is dispersed when coughing in different ways and through different media, made by Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany:

Notice the sleeve coughing, so marketed by the WHO as the proper way - totally ineffectual (and indeed wrong) in protecting others from a coughing person.
Not to mention to funny fact that WHO and government officials around the world are then "shaking hands" when meeting each other by touching their elbows - the very same sleeves they have coughed on previously.
Alert! Major vectors of transmission - avoid meeting/ conversing with such people at all costs! :D :D :D
Personally, I favor the Japanese bow from afar. Respect + individual security.
We need awareness, and to convey all the precaution measures to our surroundings seriously. The terrible aspect of this virus is its chain spreader attacks via exponential manner.
Personal protective measures (Use of face mask, frequent handwashing with soap and water/ use of hand sanitizer, avoid touching face or nose with unclean hands, a daily wash of used clothing); avoidance of public gathering; social distancing; a balanced diet with additional citrus fruits; frequent water intake, leave for housemaids and home quarantine when you come into close contact of a patient/ suspected patient might be helpful.
On the question of sneezing and the transfer of micro-droplets in the air, here is a recent video of an experiment conducted by the NHK and Japanese scientists:
Thank you very much dear Valeria Tananska for your reply.
Researchers at MIT in the US have used a high speed imaging camera to show that a sneeze carrying the Covid-19 virus can travel up to 8m. This is four times the distance previously predicted and has significant implications for social distances and the design of equipment. You can find the article and video here:
Fear of the virus is because it brings death without our feeling of control over us. The numbers increase with time and the epidemic does not respond much to all forms of prevention and prevention. As for economic fear, it is important, but it is side. We hope that this struggle will end and that life will return in peace. How can a virus adapt to every environment that has entered it and with every change in its genetic codes. I believe humankind will remember this virus for a long time.
Thanks dear Qusay Kh. Al-Dulamey and Mahmoud Alghizzawi for your reply and share.
Stay and work at home, always clean, keep your health, do some sport, keep social online communication. If you have to go out, do not forget to wear a mask and keep the social distance of at least 2 meters. Please pray to God too.
The best way to protect myself from being infected with the Corona virus is through good hygiene, not to touch contaminated things, and the most important thing is to stay home.
Staying at home, maintaining social distancing, practicing good hygiene and eating anti-oxidant rich foods are some of the ways to avoid the risk of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Why? When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.
Why? Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick.
Also, make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately. Why? Droplets spread virus. By following good respiratory hygiene you protect the people around you from viruses such as cold, flu and COVID-19.
All sorts of preventive measures should be taken, like maintaining social distance, mask wearing, do the light exercise, boost up the body immunity, taking vitamin C & D and hot water drinking etc.
