I usually PDA medium to isolate and produce inoculum. For production of basidiomes, it will be necessary a solid medium as sawdust or bagasse amended with a source of nutrients as oatmeal.

I usually can see the fungus trying to frutify in Petri dishes, but appear pseudo basidiomes. I didn't try it in flasks or jars with PDA medium with some woody substrate to fournish enough space and base in order to develop basidiomes. I tried with Armillaria and had good results. The problem is the time spent to form fruit bodies.
