Dear colleagues,
I'm looking for an application of Consumer Resistance to Innovation Theory in Services Industry, such as Banking/Financial Services and Hospitality. I managed to collect some reading on mobile banking resistance, internet banking, but I'm looking for non-technology/product related resistance, such as "resistance to islamic banking/for moslem", "resistance to organic food/for vegetarian", "resistance to vaccine/for parents".
