Dear friends,
I am working on RPE (human/mice primary RPE and ARPE19) for a while.
The seeded density is 100.000 cells/ml.
For T-75 flask, 6-well plate I used 20 ml and 3 ml/well respectively.
The cell is fine and the growth velocity is high.
However, I wonder about the RPE characteristic when some studies showed that the RPE cells in the high growth can go to the epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT).
What is the best seeding concentration for this cell?
How much for specific culture container?
These are not really the questions.
