I am going to conduct ELISA assay, but I do not know what microtitration plate is best for high efficiency of protein fixation.
I had an excellent experience with high binding greiner 96 well-plates. I have tried other but the results were not so good as with this ones.
I use the 96 well flat bottom high binding from Costar. I use purified protein in this paltes and it works very well.
Thank for your comments. My friends presented to me F96 maxisort Nunc 96 well but he did not work ELISA so much. Therefore, it makes me very confused.
I am used 96 binding greiner polysterine wells in my laboratory they shown good results.
I am conducting about a new vaccine vehicle in animal. Therefore, I employed LTB (an antigene from E.coli) ask reporter antigen in this first trial experiment. So, I do not know what the best plate for high efficiency in LBT absorting. So, F96 maxisort 96 wells plate from Nunc is comfortable in this situation?
either NUNC Maxisorb or Dynax Immulon 4 work well for both proteins and carbohydrates.
you will need to titrate your coating protein first in the range from 1-10ug.ml at 50ul per well and try pure PBS for coating buffer and all the washes
I worked with a few kinds of ELISA plates but in my opinion the best are NUNC Immune Plates, especially F96 MAXISORP (442404).
