I am planning to do a study where I'll be analysing few mutations and there contribution to a specific disease. All I need is to draw a pedigree chart where I might need to include and represent graphically the gender, zygosity of the mutation (if any), disease condition or whether its a carrier and the mode of inheritance where its applicable. Please help me to find the best, easy to use software to include all those informations graphically. Thanks

Check out PhenoTips software. It has a built-in pedigree drawing tool that is very easy to use and a super user-friendly UI. Its free to use for research purposes although there is support available for clinical use as well. https://phenotips.org/
