The result of ultrafiltration test for bovine serum albumin (BSA), with MW=67000, indicates by the high rejection rate of 99%, while the TOC’s result for Dexteran (MW=150000) unexpectedly represents a relative low rejection rate 17%. With regard to the MW discrepency between these two solutions, how to interpret such results? And what is the justification of this coincidence?
