Dear Dr Arwa and all other dear Colleagues
Good greeting
appreciating all answers ! The frustration builds up inside of us like a pot of water about to boil over.
All frustration stems from a lack of understanding. It may be in regard to a particular situation or a person's behavior or choices. We feel worried, in a hurry, and out of control concerning whatever it is that is not “going well.” However, all that our emotions do at this point is send out to the universe an agitated energy that only serves to block the resolution we desire.
I think : Frustration sets in when we decide it’s imperative for us to know that which we fail to comprehend. We suffer through feelings of anxiety and aggravation because we have not yet mastered patience, acceptance and trust .
frustration is a common emotional response to opposition. Related to anger, annoyance and disappointment, frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual's will or goal and is likely to increase when a will or goal is denied or blocked.
Dear my colleague Dr.Arwa Abdularsoul Salman
The frustration has several definitions, but it is simply when the person wants to achieve an important goal in his life and reaches a dead end and after several attempts to resolve the contract in search, but to no avail it reaches failure and without result.
Best Regards
Dr. Malik N. Hawas
Frustration is a feeling of annoyance that occurs when something doesn't go as you expect. There are few things more likely to cause frustration for an impatient driver than rush hour traffic.
Manage Frustration
It's an uncomfortable paradox that the people closest to us often frustrate us the most. My theory about this is that we all have a certain level of tolerance for frustration that diminishes with repeated exposure to a situation or a person we find frustrating. Thus we more easily manage our frustration at the beginning of a frustrating experience and with people we've only just met, but as time passes and our frustration continues, our ability to manage it steadily decreases. Certainly becoming more comfortable with someone who frustrates us also plays an important role in our feeling less constrained about expressing our frustration (in both positive and negative ways). And further our closest family members populate the most intimate areas of our lives and often limit our ability to find privacy or refuge in which to rest and thereby temporarily regain an ability to tolerate things that (and people who) frustrate us.
Yet poorly managed frustration is toxic to relationships. It causes a build-up of resentment that—even when over only small things—can ultimately overwhelm any desire to relate in a positive fashion. And no one likes living in a perpetual state of annoyance or anger (no matter how much it may seem like they do).
But frustration often takes on a life of its own in relationships. We all possess triggers that outside influences (i.e., people) can pull without our being able to stop them, bringing to life parts of ourselves from whom we'd rather not hear, but who we often have no apparent power to silence.
Hello,
frustration is feeling disappointed about something that you can not achieve or fulfill for whatever reason.
the feeling of being upset or annoyed as a result of being unable to change or achieve something.
Frustration is to prevent one from achieving one's wishes, whether this desire is justified or not, accompanied by a mixture of sorrow and disappointment. It is a set of painful feelings that result from a barrier to satisfying one's needs or addressing a problem.
Frustration may play an important role in achieving mental health or turning it into mental illness; it is one of the most important factors affecting your personal harmony.
The stronger your strength and the cohesion of your personality, the stronger and harder you can endure frustration and persevered in overcoming obstacles and feelings and launched into life Achieve your goal or modified or modified well with your life and happy hours and moments.
Frustration is a kind of emotional, physical, psychological or spiritual volcanic eruption that messes the planned thoughts and activities of a person.
Nothing to write about, to be disappointed sometimes is normal. The concept got some attention by the psychologists Dollard and Miller and their aggression-frustration theory, but it's historical.
I think Paul gives an excellent description in Romans 7:15-24: "I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do...For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing...So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?"

Frustration originates from feelings of uncertainty and insecurity which stems from a sense of inability to fulfill needs. If the needs of an individual are blocked, uneasiness and frustration are more likely to occur. When these needs are constantly ignored or unsatisfied, anger, depression, loss of self-confidence, annoyance, aggression, and sometimes violence are likely to follow.[Needs can be blocked two different ways; internally and externally. Internal blocking happens within an individual's mind, either through lack of ability, confidence, conflicting goals and desires, and/or fears. External blocking happens to an individual outside their control such as physical roadblocks, difficult tasks, or perceived waste of time.
Some people are predisposed towards feelings of frustration, indexed in terms of temperament (frustration), in adolescence and neuroticism in adulthood. Temperamental frustration is associated with perceptual alterations including changes in perceived relationship affection.

Frustration origins from the uncertainty, security and surety of target or missing the target or sometimes, the eagerness to have more in mind.
Someones, like to term it as a metal disorder.
According to the Psychology, frustration is a common emotional breakdown /response to opposition. Related with anger, disturbance, annoyance and disappointment, frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual's will or goal and is likely to increase when a will or goal is denied or blocked.
There are two types of frustration;
internal and external. Internal frustration may arise from challenges in fulfilling personal goals, desires, instinctual drives and needs, or dealing with perceived deficiencies, such as a lack of confidence or fear of social situations. Conflict, such as when one has competing goals that interfere with one another, can also be an internal source of frustration and can create cognitive dissonance. External causes of frustration involve conditions outside an individual's control, such as a physical roadblock, a difficult task, or the perception of wasting time. There are multiple ways individuals cope with frustration such as passive–aggressive behavior, anger, or violence, although frustration may also propel positive processes via enhanced effort and strive. This broad range of potential outcomes makes it difficult to identify the original cause(s) of frustration, as the responses may be indirect. However, a more direct and common response is a propensity towards aggression

Facts About Frustration
Frustration Everyone faces frustration on a daily basis. Frustration can be present due to small things that cause irritation or it can be due to major problems.
Take some time and read through the following information on Frustration. There is a lot of really great info here!
Definition of Frustration “Frustration is an emotion that occurs in situations where a person is blocked from reaching a desired outcome. In general, whenever we reach one of our goals, we feel pleased and whenever we are prevented from reaching our goals, we may succumb to frustration and feel irritable, annoyed and angry. Typically, the more important the goal, the greater the frustration and resultant anger or loss of confidence” ("Psychologist Anywhere Anytime," 2005). Frustration can help an individual to understand what a potential problem might be. Thus, a person could use that frustration as a source of motivation to achieve a goal. In some cases, frustration can have a negative implication when it is not dealt with properly and can lead to anger and destruction. What causes Frustration? We all have goals that we try to achieve. In order to achieve these goals we put in effort and work toward anticipated positive outcomes. Frustration is a reaction based on emotions that we have when we have worked hard to achieve a goal but the outcome does not meet our expectations. Therefore, we experience frustration when the results in a situation do not satisfy what we envisioned."...

First, we need to explain frustration (not that we don't all already know what this is). Frustration is a feeling of tension that occurs when our efforts to reach some goal are blocked. When this occurs, it can produce feelings of anger, which in turn can generate feelings of aggression and aggressive behavior. This theory has been utilized to explain a lot of violent behavior over time. For example, some have stated that people who become frustrated with their jobs because they don't like their work, can't get the raise they want, etc., but can't take out their aggressions at work (can't yell at the boss, can't punch annoying co-workers), will redirect this frustration and act aggressively toward others (like a husband, wife, children, etc.).

Dear Dr. Arwa Abdulrasoul Salman,
According to Kremer-Hayon and Fessler (1992), career frustration pertains to disillusionment and dissatisfaction with teaching. During this period teachers often reflect upon the question of. "what is it good for?", they are fatigued and some reach a level of burn-out. This phenomenon sometimes occurs even among novice teachers. Teachers in this phase would do what is expected of them but would not initiate and innovate.

Hi,
The feeling of being upset or annoyed as a result of being unable to change or achieve something.
Best regards!
Dear Arwa,
State of dissatisfaction caused by the feeling of not being able to realize a desire. Frustration puts the individual in the wait for the realization of something that will not happen. It is always caused by someone or something. Frustration, as an inner conflict, can lead to a lack of self-confidence. It awakens emotions such as impatience, anger or sadness. More seriously, it can lead to depression. Became an obsession, it no longer allows the individual to lead a clear reflection. But for the psychoanalyst Freud, frustration would find all its usefulness in the development of the individual. It would be the source of pleasure, and thus arouse desire.
With my best regards
Prof. Bachir ACHOUR

Frustration is purely psychological. You know you have the ability to do something; you try your best to achieve the same but ultimately end up without any success due to various factors (internal or external) and ultimately frustration sets in. The negative impacts of frustration depends on ones physical and metal strength. Frustration can even lead to depression. One of the way outs is to share your problems with your trusted ones and work with groups of like minded people. Try not to be alone and aloof to avoid further health problems due to frustration.

Frustration is one of the causes of stress. It arises when one's motivation to achieve a desired goal is blocked. For example, an employee wants to finish a report before the end of the day but finds that something or the others keep interrupting him at work. This can lead to his frustration.
Following are the main sources or causes of frustration :-
1.Environment : The workplace environment and natural environment both may frustrate the employees. For example, there may be break down in machinery, no canteen facilities, a wet rainy day or a hot sunny day may prevent the employees to perform their duties efficiently.
2.Co-workers : Co-workers may be a major source of frustration. They may place barriers in the way of goal attainment by delaying work, withholding work inputs, poor presentation of work, affecting its quality, etc. 3.Employee Himself : The employee himself is rarely recognised as a source of frustration. The employee may set higher goals than his abilities. 4.Management : Management may act as the source of frustration, they may block the promotion of an employee due to change in organisation's promotional policies.
Following are the various types of reactions to frustration :-
1.Withdrawal : Behaviours such as asking for a transfer or quitting a job. 2.Fixation : An employee blames others and superiors for his problems, without knowing complete facts.
3.Aggression : Acting in a threatening manner.
4.Regression : Behaving in an immature and childish manner and may self-pity (to feel sorry for oneself).
5.Physical Disorder : Physical ailments such as fever, upset stomach, vomiting, etc.
6.Apathy : Becoming irresponsive and disinterested in the job and his co-workers.

Dear Colleagues, Good Day,
"The root cause of frustration
Why Develop a Flexible Mind
The root cause of frustration, irritation, anger, sadness is an inflexible mind — one that wants to hold onto the way we wish things were, the ideas we’re comfortable with. When things don’t go this way, we are then frustrated, angry, sad.
So developing a flexible mind is a way to be open to anything, happy with change, prepared for any situation. Think about it: if there’s a major disruption in your life, it’s only a bad thing because you’re holding onto the way you wish things could be, what you’re comfortable with. If you let go of that wish, the change isn’t bad. It’s just different, and in fact it could be good if you embrace it and see the opportunity.
It’s about developing the ability to cope with change, to be flexible, to simplify.
Flexibility is the capacity to bend without breaking, as well as a continual willingness to change or be changed in order to accommodate new circumstances. People with flexible minds are open to shifting their course when necessary or useful; they are not overly attached to things going the way they had planned. This enables them to take advantage of opportunities that a more rigid person would miss out on. It can also make life a lot more fun. When we are flexible, we allow for situations we could not have planned, and so the world continues to surprise and delight us." ....
