Hi,

Nowadays, there are so many RNA detected so it is difficult to keep track of all the RNAs. Recently, I read about enhancer RNA that it is part of noncoding trancripts. I also read about promoter and enhancer regions in the DNA sequence. Does enhancer RNAs are the product of enhancer regions of DNA sequence? If it is yes then promoter RNAs should also be present, right?

Also, what is the major difference between GRO-seq and RNA-seq method? Both used for detecting transcripts levels right?
