What is effect of Prednisolone on Neurological FIP?

A cat with gastrointestinal symptoms with FIP (dry type) was treated with Remdesivir for 85 days, but after treatment of neurological symptoms, it was shown that although Pcr FIP ( twice check) and Pcr Toxoplasmosis are negative , does Prednisolone have an effect in treating cats with these conditions?
