My research on " Development and validation of HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and prednisolone acetate. I would like to ask which buffer is suitable for the HPLC analysis of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and prednisolone acetate simultaneously on the C18 column and also explain its reason?
