I want to purchase the chemical reagents. but these reagents are available in different grade such as L.R, G.R, and A.R.
So, What is differences among L.R, G.R, and A.R grades labelled chemicals?

These are classification of chemicals.
It is like when you go to a grocery store, you have several opportunities to purchase the item you are interested. Depends on the purity, these are given different prices as well.
When you come to chemicals, we purchase them for various purities for various prices.
LR Laboratory Reagent
GR General Reagent
AR Analytical Reagent
AR is used for sophisticated instruments and for research activities which accuracy is so important. However, for teaching purpose you may use LR chemicals or sometimes industrial reagent (IR). LR grade can be used for general purposes and again sometimes, these can be used teaching purpose.

According to my view, the Excelar reagent (ER) is equal to analytical reagent (AR) grade which is of pure quality for synthesis and preparation at research standards. While, Laboratory reagents are of purified organic and inorganic having reliable accuracy at laboratory standard.
Finally, Special Quality (SQ) Lab Reagents are less pure and more economic.

Purity is the answer to your question. AR should be the purest among the three reagents.

my own question is different though related.... Can a reagent with water of crystallization be of analytical grade?

You can use it as long as its purity serves your purpose. The only thing is different is that you have to take the molecular weight of water into your calculations in order to get your desired concentration.
Analar is aterm to describe analytical purity high purity chemicals usually 99.99%.
