What happens to DNA quality if you store your samples in 50 % glycerol and later after two months use the stored samples to extract your DNA?

I have stored my samples in 50 % glycerol for two months, I am now ready to do the DNA extraction using Bioline Isolate II genomic DNA kit. How does the 50 % glycerol affect the DNA purity or quality in the samples? kindly assist.
