Hhal restriction site is G CG | C. Since there are lot CG repeats in human genome will it give a smear or specific number of bands?
Maybe say it is any kind of DNA. I might need a second opinion. You might obtain several fragments. I am not sure if you're answer is (high dense) or the black and white bands from this kind of DNA. Maybe how you choose to see the bands.
