Can someone suggest good acid for lowering pH in cell culture? Ideally an autoclavable one.
Hi Jirka, what kind of culture you want to control the pH?
hybridoma cells - continues suspense cultivation.
Ok, I was thinking that hybridoma cell lines increase the pH during culture, but I'm not an expert of this kind of cells. Anyway, maybe this can help you:

Yes, they do increase it with time. But if we need to lower it?
As I said I'm not an expert, but I would try with a very diluted acid solution. Maybe some gly-HCl that you can filter sterilize. You should try.
Can someone advice where can one get (buy) mAb producing cell lines for commercial use (for mAb production and sale)?

If somewhere is such a statement "In the body, oxygen concentrationsrange from 1 to 12%", what is the oxygen concentration in mg/ml? How can one calculate this value?

How so that when air is introduced in culture medium than pH rises and when pure oxygen is used than it does not. There is bicarbonate in medium presented and hybridoma cells cultivated.
