Can someone advice where can one get (buy) mAb producing cell lines for commercial use (for mAb production and sale)?

You can buy hybridoma cells from The Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank.

http://dshb.biology.uiowa.edu/

However I am not sure, if you can use them for commercial use.
