Hello, thermophilic or osmophilic you need to check. May be it secondary contamination after pasteurizetion and not thermophilic at all. So additional provement required.

Some fungi including yeast can grow as osmophilic, thermophilic or thermotolerant fungi, therefore they can be found in honey or any other sweet product.
