What are the weird results/peaks of cDNA Library for RNASeq on TapeStation?

Hello,

I am currently preparing cDNA Library with Nebnext Ultra II Directional RNA Library Prep Kit from exosomal RNA (patients with multiple myeloma). My research is centered around lncRNA.

After analyzing the library on TapeStation I found some weird results, which I can´t explain (see photo below). The expected peak should be at around 350 bp. Do you have any idea why my library has this result and what can I do differently to yeild a good library?
