is it possible to perform a mixed culture between Pseudomonas aeruginosa or Acinetobacter baumannii and a yeast? how it is possible to monitor mixed culture and to shift the favorable conditions to a yeast without causing the death for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the same culture?

yup you can surely grow together.
Generally yeast have an optimal growth temperature of 32oC while Pseudomonas aeruginosa have an optimal growth temperature of 37oC. But there are thermotolerant yeast which can grow at 37oC and Pseudomonas aeruginosa which can grow at 32oC. If you are oing to isolate the microbes, i believe you isolate yeast growing at 37oC.
I am unaware of what are you going to use your culture for? Generally if you want to use the yeast for metabolite production like alcohol, than optimum pH is 4.5-5.5, while Pseudomonas aeruginosa optimum growth pH is 7. But if your need for you microbe is something else like degradation that you can isolate and grow yeast at pH 7. The yeast should be most probably Candida sps.
In terms of nutrient. Minimal salt media suplemented with glucose should be suffice for both organism to grow but it all depends on ur experiments.
You can moniter the growth of mixed culture using plate count method. use mgyp for yeast and Pseudomonas agar base for Pseudomonas.

i think at the first, you should investigate interaction between them. if it will be ammensalism, you are not able to mix them together.

By the way: This ammensalism concept that you refer to: Are you really convinced that you can distinguish between symbiosis, parasitism, commensalism and ammensalism strategies? - I am not at all convinced.

My colleagues at previous institute was working on petroleum degradation in marine (unpublished work) and they used coculture of pseudomonas and yeast. The CFU was good for both the bacteria. So it seem that no ammensalism was there between cultures.
Growth relationship between a bacteria and a yeast is completely depended on their strains. For example, Pseudomonas aeruginosa inhibits growth of Candida albicans (yeast strain). in general, i think Pseudomonas aeruginosa as a pathogenic bacteria with high growth rate and harsh-conditions stability can't be a safe and neutral strain for growth of a yeast.

I would like to thank all contributors for their efforts, I asked this question to know if it is possible to make a mixed culture in order to stimulate the production of antibiotics by yeast or fungi, to be used against Pseudomonas aeruginosa or Acinetobacter baumannii. but is it possible to shift the growth conditions to fungi is spite to microorganism without causing death to these microorganism ??
it is possible to dry your microorgamisms at the same ratio by using the protectives agents as glycerol, trehalose for example
Yes it is very easy. However, I need to know your purpose of such a mixed culture of a prokaryote and an eukaryote. I would also like to make small correction and that is: the term "Mixed Culture" sound s a bit crude. As biotechnologists or microbiologists we should call this as "Co-culture".
