What is the absorbance of DDX3X? We want to analyse a drug‘s target protein. After our upstream research, DDX3 is the candidate molecule so we want to detect the change of absorbance of DDX3 before and after the drug binding. However, we can not find the appropriate absorbance of DDX3.

could you also look at activated protein on WB?
Can you see already downstream effects of that drug?
This effects should be comparable with knock down experiments.

we have done the biology experiment, just as WB and downstream effects of that drug. Now , we want to explain the information of structure of the drug and protein.
