Are these microRNAs specifically to do with pathways, or for the expression of certain genes, or related to specific risk factors for kidney cancer?

Unfortunately, these are some of the questions that arise with regards to microRNAs beleived to be biomarkers.

Moreover, there are also some exogenous microRNAs as well, which may influence the expression of certain diseases.
