They are very different viruses. Zika virus is a mosquito transmitted virus of the genus Flavivirus (family Flaviviridae). It has a positive sense, single stranded RNA genome. There is some evidence of direct person to person transmission of Zika virus, but this is not the vastly predominant route by which people get infected (which is by mosquitoes).
Ebola is normally spread through direct person to contact with body fluids. Ebola virus has a negative sense, single stranded genome, and it belongs to the family Filoviridae, genus Ebolavirus.
