What are the best softwares to simulate Microfluidic Affinity Chromatography process?

I want to simulate my microfluidic design which utilizes affinity chromatography at micro-scale. I have already worked with software such as Comsol Multiphysics. Is there any other software? Which one is better?

Comsol itself is one of the most propper softwares to simultaneously study of mass transfer, fluid flow, heat transfer, etc in very small scales and includes a suitable toolbox to simulate any physical or biological application in the field of microfluidic technology. To drawing and design the microchannels, it also can be used AutoCad and solidworks softwares
