If you cannot get a laser cutter, what works is diamond-cutting wheel.

Because of the glass fibers in the plastic polymers, with normal cutting teeth, the fibers will tear and you will not get a clean cut.

Best solution is laser cutting, but you could also try abrasive water jet machining.

In second case do some preliminary testing.

I do not think that conventional machining is useful in this case.
