How can I select cells in prime editing without fluorescence-activated cell separation?
Hi,
you can use Prime Editing plasmids with puromycin resistance, for example https://www.addgene.org/171991/ to transfect mammalian cells. Puromycin concentration for selection should be determined individually for each cell line.
Thank you so much.
