I experimenting some of the potential effects of Angiotensin II in primary fibroblasts cultures.

I wonder if any work on similar design can help with angiotensin treatment conditions such as confluency of the cultured cells, length of serum deprivation before angiotensin treatment, whether we have to use carrier protein such as BSA and drug preparations.
